Description: Nice collectible shotgun shell manufactured by the Robin Hood Ammunition Company of Swanton, Vermont. According to Windy Klinect, this company was founded in 1898 and was reorganized as the Robin Hood Ammunition Company in 1906. In June of 1915, the company was purchased by Remington-U.M.C.. The overall length of this shotshell is 2.545” with a low .408” brass cup. This version has pink paper with five feathers on each arrow. This example does have some soiling on the tube with some wear around the top outer edge of the crimp. A very nice example of a highly collectible shotshell company!
