Z6029 Excavated Springfield Musket Butt Plate
Description: Decent excavated butt plate for a Springfield musket. This one still retains a partial screw. The face was cleaned and coated, and the back was left as dug. The top portion was cut off so this piece could be affixed to a relic board. A decent relic from the Civil War.
Measures: 1.75” 4.5”
Recovered: Chambersburg, Pennsylvania
