Description: Very nice non-excavated Civil War waist belt plate or buckle. This one is marked "E.Gaylord” for Emerson Gaylord. It has a die-struck face, a lead filled back, and the "puppy paw” style studs are filled with lead solder. This one has a gorgeous patina and the original "as issued” curve! A hard example to upgrade!

Measures: 55 mm x 84 mm
