Z6069 Michigan Military Academy "Cadet” Button, M.M.A.
Description: Very nice button attributed to the Michigan Military Academy. Per online resources, this school was founded in 1877 and closed in 1908. This example has a heavily gilted face with a silvered back. The stand-up shank is intact. The button features the Michigan state seal on a lined background with "CADET’ above and "M.M.A.” below.
Backmark: "SCOVILL MF’G CO. / WATURBURY” dm with inner ring of dots.
Measures: 22.56 mm
