Description: Decent .50 Spencer carbine blank. These were manufactured at the Frankford Arsenal in 1870 for the M1865 Spencer carbine. Ten of these were wrapped in buff paper and had a blue label glued to the top of the packet. This example is in decent condition and has most of the charge intact with a small spot missing.
