Z6324 .56-50 Spencer Carbine Rimfire Cartridge by Goldmark
Description: Nice variant of the .56-50 Spencer carbine rimfire cartridge manufactured for use with the Model 1865 Spencer. This example has an impressed "J.G.” headstamp and was manufactured by Joseph Goldmark. He made rimfire cartridges between 1864-1866. This example has five two-pronged crimp marks which are often mistaken for dents. There is an elongated shallow dent below one of the crimps and a very small dent between two of the crimps which were more than likely occurred during manufacture.
