Z6354 Civil War .56-56 Spencer Carbine & Rifle Cartridge
Description: Very nice excavated .56-56 Spencer rimfire cartridge. The same cartridge could be used in the Spencer rifle and carbine. These were originally packed seven to a sleeve with a total of six sleeves, or 42 cartridges per box. This example is intact and is not reconstructed. It’s still caked with a layer of dirt in "as found" condition. The lower ring on one side has a chip or crusty area. An excellent excavated Civil War Cartridge!
