Z6385 .56-50 Spencer Rimfire Cartridge (CDL)

Description: Very nice .56-50 Spencer rimfire cartridge used in the Model 1865 Spencer carbine. This example has an impressed "C.D.L.” headstamp and was manufactured by Charles D. Leet. It has three elongated crimps around the casing which are often mistakenly identified as dents. It has a pointed bullet and a copper casing. A very nice example!

Headstamp: Impressed "C.D.L” with one tic mark.
