Description: Decent pos-Civil War Connecticut officer’s button. This is a three-piece example with the large letter backmark and would date to the late Indian War Era. Nice example with a slightly bent shank. The very top center of the dome has a very slight push.
Backmark: "*SCOVILL MF’G CO* / WATERBURY” dm with an inner ring of dots.
Measures: 23.08mm
