Description: Decent Revolutionary War 3rd Foot "Scots Guards” small size button. This is the pewter enlisted or other ranks pattern dating from 1775-1783. This example has a cross with rays with "3G” divided by a thistle. A decent placeholder with a legible face. This example is missing the iron shank and has edge loss.
