Z6817 .58 Milbank Primed Cartridge by Winchester

Description: Scarce early loading by Winchester dating to the early to mid-1870’s. These cartridges were manufactured for a very short time and were obsolete by the mid-1870’s. This example has the scarce Milbank primer. It has a round nose bullet with a single cannelure. The brass casing is nice with a few spots and a few very small nominal dents/dings. The bullet is lightly oxidized. These cartridges were used in the Berdan conversion muskets.
