Description: Nice "board dummy” cartridge known as the .25-20 W.C.F. cartridge. This cartridge was manufactured for the Winchester Model 1892 lever action rifle. This is a wood rod board dummy with two holes in the case on the board side. It has a flat nose, belted lead bullet, a brass case and a copper primer. Nice example with remains of lacquer which is common on "board dummy” cartridges.
