Z7164 .25-35 W.C.F. Board Dummy Cartridge by Winchester

Description: Nice .25-35 W.C.F. board dummy cartridge. These cartridges were used in the Winchester Model 1894 lever-action rifles. They were introduced in the 1895 Winchester catalogue and were gone by 1937. It has a flat nose soft point bullet with a gilding metal jacket with a brass case with the prototype copper primer marked "W.” There are two holes on the back or board side and this variant doesn’t have a wood rod on the inside. A very nice example with some spotting on the back.
