Description: Nicely centered pewter Infantry coat button. This example has "UNITED STATES INFANTRY” around the outside border. The eagle is in the center, and it has a five-pointed star with short points below. This one appears to be a water find with detail and a little wear to the center of the convex face. There is no edge loss and it’s been reshanked at some point.
