Description: Decent example of the 13mm Gyrojet rocket cartridge. This example has a copper-plate steel case with a four-port steel nozzle held in place with a single cannelure. This is a decent example of an experimental nozzle seal as pictured in Figure 13-14 of Mel’s book on pg. 151 example B. The nozzle, primer, and bottom sides of the case are painted gold. This example has a tag on the side from Bill Woodin’s collection. It reads, "test for propellant configuration.”
