Description: Nice example of a loaded M1865 .40-40 Maynard cartridge. This example has a flat nose bullet with a belt at the case mouth. Both the case and bullet appear to be lacquered which could be removed if desired. A nice example of the .40-40 Maynard with a slightly bent or tweaked head.
