Z7615 Oriental Powder "Wild Fowl Sea Shooting” Keg
Description: Scarce example of an Oriental Powder Mills "Wild Fowl No. 3 Sea Shooting” gun powder keg. This example would have held 6 1/4 lbs. of gun powder. Unfortunately, this example is missing the large black and white label from the base and the smaller wild fowl powder label from the top. It still retains the small "Wild Fowl” label near the spout along with a stenciled "26/48.” The threaded wooden cap is still in place and is easily screws in and out. Both sides are intact as well as the split-branch hoops. A great example with a nicely aged patina!
