Z7666 .49 Gyrojet Rocket Cartridge with Sealant
Description: Nice, experimental .49 Gyrojet rocket with a flat nose. It has a carbon steel case and a four-port nozzle that is held in place with a single cannelure. This is one variation of the experimental waterproofing seals used on the .49 Gyrojets. The entire base is coated with an amber sealant. A nice example with a little surface rust that could be cleaned if desired. Check out Mel’s book to see the other experimental seals used on the .49 Gyrojet rockets.
