Description: Very nice .69 Raleigh Pattern manufactured at the North Carolina Institute for the Deaf, Dumb, and Blind. This example is crisp with a nice mold seam and round skirt. At one time, these were referred to as "Carcano” or "Garibaldi” bullets.
