Z8115 U.S. Cartridge Company 25 Straight Skeet Patch

Description: Scarce skeet shooting patch manufactured by the United States Cartridge Company. This is one of a few different variants and is for "25 STRAIGHT SKEET.” Gary Muckel dates these patches to the 1930’s. This example has a blue wool field with a legend in orange/copper thread. The back is covered in fine tan linen. There are a few small nips from the wool on the front and a tear in the linen on the reverse. A nice example of a scarce skeet shooting patch with light soiling!
