Z8354 16 Ga. Winchester "RIVAL” NPE Shotshell (Brown)

Description: Nice example of a 16 Ga. brown NPE "RIVAL” shotshell manufactured by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company. The RIVAL was manufactured between 1884 and 1896 and filled a void for an affordable, low quality shotshell. This example has a brown paper case, a brass cup, and a No. 2 Winchester improved primer. A nice example of a scarcer size with a surface scratch on the side and light wear around the case mouth.
