Description: Small section of hear pine with what appears to be a fired .44 pistol ball or case-shot. The piece of wood measures 3.30” in overall length and the widest portion is .825” in length. The exact recovery location is unknown but may have been Virginia. This piece is out of the Ex. Richard "Dick” Hammond collection.
