Z4061 .58 Williams Type III Cleaner Bullet with Partial Blue Cartridge

Description: Interesting variant of the .58 Type III Williams cleaner cartridge with two-tone paper. This one is in very good shape and appears like it's right out of the pack. The tan tip on the tail is actually the separately wrapped powder charge at the base of the projectile. I did open a late war packet a few years ago and there were six of this specific style of cartridge in one packet.
