Description: Excellent example of the 13mm multi-ball cartridge used in the French 13mm de Reffye Mitrailleuse machine gun. This example has a dark green cardboard tube with a brass cup. The offset primer pocket is made of brass and the percussion cap is copper. This example has three 13mm lead slugs wrapped in a fancy linen mottled sabot with tan crosses backed by black diamonds. An exquisite example from the Franco-Prussian War Era!
