Rare 16 Ga. “Selby Electric” Shotshell by WRACo.
Z8376 Rare 16 Ga. "Selby Electric” Shotshell by WRACo.
Description: Here is a very rare factory loaded 16 Ga. Selby Electric shotshell. These shotshells were factory loaded using Winchester contracted "RIVAL” shotshells. Out of all three variations, the 16 Ga. shotshell is the scarcest. These were produced between 1893-1896.
This example has a white top wad with red print. It has a brown paper case with an even color. It has a low brass cup with a No. 3 copper Winchester primer. There are two small, shallow dents on the side walls of the case opposite each other. A nice example of a very rare cartridge!
