Z5617 .45-70 Multiball Cartridge (1875-1877)
Description: Decent early multi-ball cartridge for the .45-70 Trapdoor Springfield. This variant has the small spacing between the crimps and was manufactured between 1875 and 1877. This is the later version which held three 200 grain bullets and used 45 grains of powder. This example is free of dents but has some black oxidation on one side. A decent Indian War cartridge that could be cleaned up.
