Z6023 Robin Hood Shotshell, No. 12, Comet
Description: Harder to find "COMET” variant in with a purple paper shell. This example measures 2 3/8” in length with a high brass cup measuring .844” in height. This is one of the harder examples to find but it’s not in the best shape. The deep purple color has faded and there is some wear to high spots where the paper has shrunk around the shot. The top wad is legible and loaded as follows: 3 Drs., 1 1/8 Oz., and 4 Ch.. This is one of the earlier COMET headstamps.
