Description: Decent cuff size button dating to the 1820’s-1840’s known as a "Jacksonian” button. This example is missing the crimped rim around the outside edge. The shank is intact and slightly bent to the side. This button was manufactured by Leavenworth & Kendrick Ca. 1829-1842.
Backmark: "L&KENDRICK / (dot) EXTRA (dot)” rm
Measures: 12 mm
Recovered: Non-Excavated
