Z7940 .56-52 Spencer "Dummy” Cartridge
Description: Nice example of a .56-52 Spencer carbine functional "dummy” cartridge. This example is thought to have been manufactured by Gevelot/S.F.M. of France. It has a flat nose, and a two-groove bullet with a slightly necked copper case. There is a small hole drilled into the side of the case. A very nice example of a European "dummy” cartridge.
Headstamp: None
Measures: OAL 1.554” CL .903” RD .640” HD .558” CM .541” BDaCM .537” Wgt. 494-grains.
