Z8342 .32 Extra Short "Protector” Centerfire Cartridge by U.M.C.

Description: Scarce and desirable cartridge used in the .32 "Protector” Palm Pistol. This centerfire cartridge was manufactured by The Union Metallic Cartridge Company of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Suydam states the production of this cartridge in the U.S. ceased around 1917. This example has a round nose bullet, a brass case, and a small copper primer. The bullet has a little oxidation, and a few spots are on the brass case.
