Z7359 Spanish Navy Chief Petty Officer Hat Badge (C.P.O.)

Description: Scarce Spanish American War Era Spanish Chief Petty Officer (C.P.O.) hat badge or insignia. This example has the Spanish crown on the top with a red velvet background. The small cross has broken off the top edge of the insignia. The bottom portion has a fouled anchor on blue velvet within an oval rope border. All attachment pins are intact on the reverse. There are a few little nips out of the velvet sections. This is a very well-made scarce insignia!
